I have some dosage questions on GW and S4, how to take.

Usually cardarine gw is taken at 20mgs per day and andarine s4 is taken at 25mgs per day.

That's correct, 1ml of cardarine gw is 20mgs and 1/2ml of andarine s4 is 25mgs.
