My question to you is can we take oral winstrol at once in any time of the day or we need to split the dose.i have 10mg tablet and I am running 30mg per day. Thank you for taking time for my question.

you should split winstrol doses a good 8-10 hours apart... if you go with 30 and have 10 mg caps, then do 20 mg in the a.m. and 10 mg on the second dose...

You should always split the dose for orals. You also can't take orals by itself without test. What is your stats?
