- Im 25 years old
-6'4" (193 cm)
-190 lbs (86kg) (so fairly skinny for my height)

I would like to build lean muscle if possible and not that much fat/water weight.
And i also wouldnt like to fill up myself with a lot of chemicals and health risking stuff. I would like to keep it at the minimum in terms of substances. (If thats possible). Because I dont need to make the biggest gains ina short amount of time. I have time and am pleased with making some moderate gains.

The triple stack would be perfect for you bud

OP; what are you eating in a typical day?
 
I try to eat as much as possible, and try to eat clean (avoiding fastfood, sweets etc.)
I normally eat 3 times a day plus an apple and banana here and there.

This stack is most conductive for the goals you have. Sarms do not carry the side effects and suppression that steroids do. There is no need to "ease" into anything with sarms.

If you wamt to simplify it, you can always run MK2866 solo, or stacked with just S4 but the triple stack would be my best suggestion

OK, this is a problem. Sounds like you're not eating enough. I'm looking for something like this:

Meal 1: 12oz of egg whites, 1 egg, 1 cup of oats
Meal 2: 9oz of chicken breast, green vegetables

Etc.
