What is the latest info. on dosage, etc.? Is it to be used only as a PCT, or also for muscle building? Also, is the Enclomiphene polycell formula no longer available?

no its not a muscle builder at all.. you can use it in pct or on cycle... thats up to you man... 25 mg is generally what is used for the dose.. thats plenty with it...
