I've gotten pretty good at killing those, I use their shadows to know when to smack my head haha. I sometimes use my dog as bait too, I admit it.

When I worked crash and rescue I would set out in the watch shack and catch the big ones

then stick a broom straw up there ass and let them go.....they will fly straight up...

then I would try to track then with high power binoculars....you have to do something

3 mile run through a piece of shit forest. Stopped after each mile for 25 push-ups 25 sit-ups mountain climbers and jumping jacks. Then sprints up a piece of shit dirt hill.

Needless to say my calves are rock taped like a mother fucker and I had the pleasure of throwing up for a couple good rounds.

I LOVE when muscle milk comes back up!!!

Still in the upper 200s? I couldn't imagine running 3 miles and then doing sprints up hill at your size. No thanks lmao.
