Honestly I haven't felt "right" since I've been on the LGD.Maybe I'm sensitive to it or adding it with the 2866 & S4 was just too much?I've already been off it for two days.I'm just going to hold on to the rest & do it solo at a later date.
 
just got done with legs...was not pretty keep me posted man!!

Yea I'm going to stick with low weight high volume squats,extensions & hammy curls.Last time I attempted lunges I almost fell down.Knees are feeling slightly better today.
 
I'm also a little curious if it isn't training related. I've felt like that before when my body needs a break after I pushed a little too hard for too long
 
Sometimes when you just hit a certain point in your life it hits you, yes most likely there is a reason, but sometimes it's just father time. Soon as I turned 41 I felt like I was 70yo. When I was 36 I felt like I was in my early 20's, now that I'm 45 I know I'm racing father time for my gains goals. I think Flanex will be feeling better soon enough with a lil rest and a boost of energy. As for Monty he's just tired from watching shit on the Lake living that easy life... gotta get back to the city life bro. Get yourself a condo as well.
 
Well "Leg day" turned into "extended cardio day".Just too much damn knee pain.Did 3 sets of squats x 20.It's all they could take.I managed to get 50 min on the elliptical so it wasn't a total waste.

Cut your rep range down bro... go ten, sometimes less is more.
 
You might be really sides prone on mk677 like I was. Personally I'd get off my ass and get bloods done.

Without that, everything else is just a guess.

I was 4ish weeks into my cycle overtrained badly, plus my test crashed, had to take a week off.
 
I've been off the LGD for around 5 days now & I feel a lot better.Maybe I just have a bad reaction to it or it combined with the others.I'm going to hold on to the last two bottles of it & do it solo as a bridge between AAS.See how that works.
