Hey guys, was I know ive heard its good to have a bit of time off once you finish your PCT.
So for myself, I ran mk-2866 (ostarine) for 12 weeks by itself at 25mg a day, half a dropper, and will try 30mg next start up to see if I notice a bit more.
For My PCT I will be finishing up 4 weeks may 23rd, and I was taking clomid at 50mg/25mg/25mg/25mg and I took an A.I. pct as well just to prevent any rebound estrogen which I took aromosin only half a dropper so around 7mg or so I believe every other day, I took GW-50156 at 20mg a day to combat cortisol and help to keep performance up. and I took a tribulus supplement as well just for added support
My question is, would I be able to start the Mk-2866 again say may 24th or should I take two weeks of nothing then start Mk-2866 2 weeks after may 23rd?
So far I have noticed no strength loss at all, well maybe very slight but I am a dieting as well, but strength is pretty much identical.
Goal now would be to get past my strength where I was when I was about 25 pounds heavier by maybe 5-10 pounds for each main lift.
