Unexpected benefits of AI?

Just wondering if anyone here has experienced any unexpected benefits from using an aromatase inhibitor? I heard from someone that their long-time acne cleared up completely on letrozole, and other people felt mentally "calm" on an AI. I've even heard of someone who said that their libido increased while using AI (even though their estrogen was normal and they weren't on any steroids).

Any Experiences?

The only positives would be hormonally driven, IMO, not from the AI substance but what it is doing in the body. They pretty much carry side effects of their own rather than positive effects.

Aromasin increases IGF-1 which I have personally seen, but that's literally it.

Any benefits that people would experience from using an AI like that are going to directly related to having estrogen out of balance in the first place. Acne usually comes from hormonal imbalance including elevated estrogen, and also directly impacts your mood.

absolutely right bro... generally there is going to have to be an issue to get the benefits and its mainly because its clearing the issue so of course one would feel a lot better or have certain things cleared..

I have noticed and so has my misses my skin is so much clearer! dono if it is due to the AI... but normally when I'm on something that changes my hormone levels i brake out nornally on my back, but since running this cycle with my 1st time with using an AI my skin is really clear

I just started taking aromasin for the first time in my life.I'm currently on LGD,S4,MK2866 & TRT(150mgs pw).I must have had high estrogen for quite a few years,because I feel a lot better.I'm not retaining water as much,my nips shrank down to normal,skin looks better,less emotional & I'm sleeping better.I'm on a very low dose of LiquiAro 7.5mgs EOD-E3D alternating weekly.
