This turned out to be SOOO good and soo good for you...

What we have here is one serving of fresh cut green beans... Half of an organic yellow onion chopped and cooked... One serving of kale and spinach... 1/4 serving of white rice... 1 can of low sodium tuna... There is parsley, garlic powder and crushed red pepper for a bit of flavor... Here is the result

Awesome....ever try subbing the tuna for another type of fish?
 
I like the recipe, I'm just not really a tuna guy. I could see doing this with some lean ground turkey or some diced chicken breast for an alternative I may try. Thanks for the idea Dylan!!

not on a medley.. i tend to cook my actual fish alone because i buy really nice cuts and want to just enjoy them on their own... canned tuna is different as it needs a lot of help... lolll

most definitely... one thing it was lacking was some chopped cooked eggs which I will add next time...
