Ok just finished a 3 day tuna diet....I lost 8 pounds.prior to that I was doing 2500 cals 60/25/15. In my other log I was told to continue the high protein with chicken and egg whites through the week and slowly start adding veggies. I understand that....should I still be cal deficient or should I start working back up to 2500. Also carbs when? I just don't wanna waste what I did. Appreciate the help.

Also doing a sarms super stack and ECA.

You add easily digestable veggies, chicken, eggwhites and stay on tuna also. So it is the same regimen plus some extras. How long you want to do this is up to you. If you like the weight loss and want more then stay under 2500cals. If you just go 500cals under maintainece then you will contiunue to loose fat and become more ripped. My everyday diet is like 65/17/18, so you can keep your ratio, just make it less cals.after you are done with the tuna regimen.

And congrats on the diet bro.It is tuff mentally and physically but you come out a different person, with a new body and a new understanding. Now you see why drb eats so much tuna. He has 3 cans plus celery and carrot sticks as a meal every day. Breakfast is 4 eggs and an apple. Dinner roasted chicken with brocoli. This keeps you ripped all the time

Keep it going man! It you want to keep the weight off you have to keep yourself in a caloric deficit or stay at mainainence. Just like Jake said, 500 cal under your maintainence and you should keep losing weight, about 1 pound to 1/2 a pound a week. Keep adjusting utill you reach your desired weight. Then slowly raise your macros/calories/portion sizes untill you reach a happy medium, somewere where you can maintain mass and stay lean without being hungry which is where you want to be. Keep your protein sources under 1g - 2g of fat per ounce of any protein source, you shouldn't see any differences between fish (in your case tuna) and other protein sources. If you need further help feel free to PM! Keep grinding!
