TRT question

Hi, I just watched Clomid video on YouTube & just have a question about which med I’m better off with? So basically I was diagnosed with hypogonadism & just started TRT on Monday there with 50mg of test cyp E3D, I want to have children one day but just unsure what I need as I heard being solely on trt suppresses sperm production or something, I don’t care as much with shrinkage just would want to maintain a good sperm count & thinking is clomid the way to go here? I can get prescribed easily, & would go with even half a 25mg for a few weeks to see how I respond & get a full androgen profile as well as a sperm count, also would this have to me taking every day? Appreciate feedback, cheers

thats where you would want to run hcg, hmg and clomid.. thats the combination for fertility but you definitely need all three
