What is your protocol of HCG with TRT? My doctor has started me on HCG along with an ai and i will most likely be cycling on and off the HCG. I have heard that leydig cells can become desensitized, hence the reason for cycling but I've also heard it should be taken every week without stopping. What is the right way to take it to avoid shrinkage and preserve fertility?

Yes you are right about the leydig cells desensitizing from running it too often. You do not want to take it every week. As part of TRT my recommendation is for every 12 weeks, only 4 weeks at 500iu twice per week then repeat so you would have essentially an 8 week rest period not taking HCG
what i recommend is going 3 times a year.. every 4 months, 1000 ius week... thats more than enough...
