well I just saved that to my favorites I may try that out man. mix it up a bit
I'm on day 12 and I'm noticing some quick changes...lol although Winstrol might be helping in that department also...not to mention I've been pretty generous w my test dosing lately haha...seriously though it is a pretty awesome program

Yeah that's true. Good point about recovery too. I've been doing a lot of tabata which is basically HIIT(high intensity interval training)...like I'll take a 20 lb kettlebell and do swings for 20 sec then rest for 10 sec. I'll do 8 rounds of that then the same thing but w side shuffles...like a defensive slide in basketball... then a 10-15 min ab workout...then all my rehab exercises for my Achilles tendinitis which is also pretty brutal... then 25-30 min of steady state cardio keeping heart rate bw 140-150...all of this after lifting...lol yeah I guess that is pretty hardcore when I stop to think about it...

Since I'm pretty new to this, I try to keep my diet real simple and just live by a couple rules: drink at least a gallon of water. Eggs, turkey bacon and whole wheat toast almost everyday for breakfast, and then throughout the rest of the day I just try to make it easy so I don't go off track like tuna or turkey. As I get more advanced and learn more, I'm going to have a more well planned out diet. If I have the urge to eat garbage, I don't deprive myself...I just eat a very very small amount. Initially I went from 240 like I was in the first pic to 190 lbs doing nutrisystem diet which was incredible for losing weight and easy to follow bc the send you the food every month. Once I got to that point, I bulked up on my bridge to 215 lbs. The first 13 weeks of this cycle I put on another 10 lbs of muscle (some water from deca in first 10 weeks) then the last 3 weeks I've been on Winstrol so I started that workout and cut my calories down but I try to make sure that as soon as I'm hungry I eat bc you know how it is if u let hunger build up too much...you end up pigging out. Lol so...to answer your question... no I don't do that diet, but I do think it is a very good diet and probably especially effective w this workout

History: (many of you know my story but those just tuning in…)
-2011 I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 1
-2013- stabilized
-In May 2015 was 240 lbs of fat.
-My son was born at the end of May which is about when my journey for a new lifestyle began.
-I quit smoking and drinking
-By mid August 2015 I was was down to 190 LBS. and in the best shape of my life since I played high school basketball.
-Since August I have added 20-25 lbs of muscle and lost an inch off my waist.
Started at a 38 waist in May. August was 34 waist. Now 33 waist.
-I have worked extremely hard in a short period of time to transform myself into someone who looks good, feels good, is a good husband, and an even better father. In that respect I have succeeded...but there is still one more significant transformation to go...That’s what the next 16 weeks are all about.

Stats:
34 years old
6’0 (6’1 if we are being generous...it's close)
215 LBS.
14% BF

Goals:
215-225 LBS (would like to at least maintain weight if not gain, but will be tough while trying to cut)
10% BF or lower (I can and I will.)

Cycle:


1-16 test cyp/enanthate (have both esters on hand) 200 mg per week
1-16 eq 800 mg week
5-16 proviron 50 mg day.
5-16 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
3-16 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-14 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
9-16 winstrol 50 mg day

PCT
Clomid – 50/50/25/25/12.5

Raloxaphene- 120/60/60/60/60

Aromasin – week 1-2: 12.5mgs twice per week, week 3-4: 7.5mgs twice per week
(Would under normal circumstances be doing aromasin EOD, but I am sensitive to it in that it makes me incredibly irritable, which is not good especially having bipolar disorder)If necessary I may actually opt to add 25 mg of proviron while on aromasin just for its mood boosting effect

1-16 pre-workouts: bsn no xplode, cialis or Viagra
1-16 Cyto sport monster whey (post workout)
1-16 muscle tech whey isolate (if you care about taste don't get this...I got this at samsclub bc it seemed like a deal, but in this case, it is every bit as crappy as the low price would indicate/ very chalky)

Cholest-off ( plant sterols… Not sure if they help lower cholesterol or not. GW does lower cholesterol so hopefully this will supplement GWs cholesterol lowering properties…)

Took the little bit of SR I have left from my bridge to substitute for the GW from pure essence/sarms x that should be arriving tomorrow
Really looking forward to week 3 when I will be running SR and GW together. I have a feeling I might forget what being out of breath means! I ran the SR on my bridge and GW on the cycle prior to the bridge, so it has been one or the other up until week 3 of this cycle. The endurance benefits of both of these compounds is something you have to experience to appreciate just how well they work to increase endurance. SR seems to have a very positive effect on metabolism as well.
I understand that EQ is slow acting therefore, I’m not really expecting dramatic increases in vascularity until around the 7-8 week mark and possibly even weeks 9 or 10. I will see improvements in endurance and strength from the SARMs. I particularly like RAD for strength, having used it for the last 12 weeks, I found it to be very effective in that area.
I don’t really have too many concerns about this cycle. I really feel a drive and focus like never before and I am ready to meet my goals by conquering every challenge in front of me through hard work, dedication, and education (it’s always good to learn and the best teacher in life is experience)
I will be posting pictures during this log every other Sunday… starting next Sunday. I'm a physique competitor for the last 15. I'm also a retired 100M runner. Just like you I'm rather new here. Started the gear last year and responding very very well with them. They help me maintain my exercise intensity [emoji6][emoji1360]

Same as what everybody been recommending I added SR a week ago. And I'm only been in it for 3 weeks. But boy!! I look like I've been taking anavar for 8weeks. I took anavar last year for 12 weeks with very very low dosage. You can see my previous post. I think I posted the pic when I was jacked somewhere here. Ah yeah in the night stalker topic lol. On sarms in 3 weeks I gained 2 lbs and lost roughly 1%bf. I'm liking the growth. HITT and high volume exercises help too for me.

Wait until you throw GW on top of SR. Whole new level. Personally I notice more endurance benefits w GW and w SR I feel like my metabolism is like twice as fast lol...I've ran them separately and together so I know which one does what but DAMN wait until you run those together! You will LOVE GW!

Oh lol yes I'm taking GW too. I've been doing 100sets per workout (60legs, 40upper body). I agree with you! with anavar I was only able todo 60sets. Yes yes yes [emoji1434][emoji4]. I pair it with my macro. Bam!

thanks for the compliments guys I appreciate it. but transformer I wanted to thank you for that workout im on day 2 and it is exactly what I needed to mix my shit up, that fuckin tabata is kickin my ass but I love it!!!! thanks again
