Do they taste good? The name just doesn't inspire thoughts of robust flavor. How would you cook them and eat them with what as a complementary dish?

Hay 44 I have made spicy black bean burgers but not with black turtle beans, Here is the recipe

Whisk egg, cumin, chili powder, and chile-garlic sauce together in a bowl.
Mash black beans in a separate bowl until they reach a paste-like consistency.
Stir jalapeno pepper, corn, and garlic through the black bean paste.
Mix the egg mixture into the black bean mixture.
Mix with your hands to evenly incorporate.
Form the resulting mixture into 4 patties.
Pour you're favorite grain flour into the bottom of a shallow dish; coat the patties in the flour to help them hold shape.

Thanks brother will try it out tomorrow and see if the wife tries it as well, my diet is a lil' better than hers so it may require some trickery lol. Thanks! Update you on it later on after I smash it.

Just checked the label on my black tea box and apparently per bag it has 46% daily recommended potassium, can't remember the specific number off the top of my head

im just glad there is more attention being brought to this topic because its a big problem for a lot of people... they just do not get enough potassium nor understand which foods can help... everyone is so stuck on bananas as if they are the only and best source, none of which are true...
