Thinking about running LGD-4033

Hi Dylan,
I am planning to take LGD-4033 since it has minimum side effects. I am scare of side effects so I do not want to take s4 or gw. I have never taken any supplements besides protein powder and creatine. I have been working out since last 4 yeas. I have got injured in my lower back, so I have taken year off. Currently my body fat percentage is 17%. What I am looking for is something build lean muscles with minimum possible side effects. I am also looking for something which help my back. May be GH ? not sure.

What other things would you recommend ? How I should cycle it ?
What kind of gain I can expect If I run only LGD-4033 ?

welcome to adrenaline rush brother... im confused about your stance on GW... NOTHING has less sides than GW because it has none... so for me, that makes no sense... you don't need nor should even be discussing hgh... if you want a healing stack that will also melt fat and add lean muscle with little to no sides then this is what you want to run...

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

Mini pct 13-16

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

I suggest running the stack that dylan put up for you. It's perfect for adding lean muscle mass, healing, and fat loss and has absolutely no side effects. The only sarm that carries side effects is S4, so this stack is perfectly safe and fine to run for you. That is what I recommend

what exactly is wrong with your back? and i am assuming LOWER back is the issue?

if so, i have a similar issue with my lower lumbar, i would suggest doing exercises to strengthen lower back, hips, and abdominals..BUT make sure you use lightweight and really focus on contraction and getting blood into your back it will help strengthen/heal it. i messed my back up so bad when i was in early 20s doing 315 on romanian deadlift (stiff leg) BUT i was young and i just wanted to do a bunch of weight, now I am smarter about it and i can do at least 225 with no pain consistently. but if you stop working lower back i guarantee it will not get better, just use light weights and work on rehabilitation.

^^^^^^ this... i broke my back in 3 places, small vertebrae fractures along with a degenerative disk disorder that causes me extreme issue and this is the method to follow in terms of strengthening regions and exercises... mk2866 and lgd will help add healing benefits but the exercise needs to be done with them to make everything effective...

Also i forgot to ask how did you injure it? if it was during exercise then you may need to seriously evaluate your Form - your Form needs to be super tight and on point, especially when you get into heavier weights, because when you get muscle fatigue your form will get loose and you need to be used to maintaining proper form no matter what, otherwise the injuries will keep coming. If you sit in a chair all day for your job or on the computer a lot ( like most people do) then you probably have weaknesses in your back/hips that need to be addressed, Forcing proper back posture helps but also very strict form deadlifts with lightweight will help rehabilitate as well..

dang man 3 places, sorry to hear. I dont know what happened to mine, BUT im back to hitting deadlifts again working back up to 315 with no pain so its all good. Plus i discovered Sumo deadlifts awhile back and it seems a lot better for Taller people like me (6'5"), easier on my back then conventional deadlift

yeah brother... i played college basketball with it broke an entire season and didn't even know... i just couldn't take the pain anymore and it really had a nasty effect on my overall performance (who would have thought?) It was a fucking mess and it cost me my athletic scholarship etc... anyway, im just happy to be able to lift at all but no squats or dead lifts whatsoever and i have no desire to ever risk it again... im really happy you are healing though and found a solution on exercise type that you are still comfortable with.. thats sweet man and that will be helpful to others to know who have suffered any sort of back injury... thanks for sharing
