I train Brazilian jiu jitsu. It’s quite taxing on my body.
I was just wondering what endurance athletes would usually take that you heard of that would enable them to keep muscle but also help them with endurance and recovery?
I’ve been taking enanthate for testosterone but I was wondering what I could stack it with that would help me recover?
