I was wondering how much lean mass (given the right diet and intensity of training) i would put on and keep with a test only cycle, figuring i would go 12 weeks at 300mg a week.

5'9
188-190pds
15% bf (will be lower by then)
Training for 5 years

My goal is to put on 15-20pds of solid lean muscle mass

Can't answer that. No one can.

FYI you can't add 20 pounds of lean muscle in ONE cycle, it takes YEARS to do that.

Agreed 100%.

I have never used aas before so i was just wondering how much could i gain, if i can gain 10pd of lean muscle or 20 thats fine. Just needed to know a ballpark number given everything goes as planned and is in order.

As EZ already mentioned, no one will be able to answer this with certainty. Far too many variables involved. Genetics, diet, routine, intensity, sleep, Estrogen control, how good your PCT is.

With that being said, if you run this cycle with no issues and everything is 100% in check and dialed in with a proper PCT and this being your first cycle with fresh receptors, you could probably put on a good 10lbs of lean mass

I just finished a test cycle at 500mg a week for 12 weeks.
Dropped about 3-4% bf and maintained my initial weight.
That's a lean muscle gain of around 5-7 lbs.
Everyone is different and results may vary, but a lean muscle gain of around 5lbs seems about right for a first cycle.
My stats were almost identical to your's. Started at about 190lbs with 13-14% bf. Currently around 185-190lbs at 10-11% bf.

Test does a body good. 👍

I would be happy with those results, gaining lean muscle and dropping bf! Did your strength increase like crazy? And thanks for answering my question bro

Come on man...seriously? You know this is an absolute impossible question to answer right? There are about a million factors that go into what you make on gains. How far you are in muscle mass, genetics, diet, training, doses, individual response, etc...

Somebody that has very little muscle mass and is far under their genetic potential can gain far more than somebody like me that's above theur genetic potential. Anymore I'm lucky to get 2-3 lbs of lean mass no matter what I run

Strength certainly increased. Nothing crazy like dbol strength, just a steady increase in overall strength.
Definitely smashed a few PRs.
The main thing is that it enables you to lift more and with higher frequency without having to recover longer.
Just make the most of it and you'll be amazed at the results.
No hard work = No gains
