Yeah its normal a tiny amount will always be stuck in that part of the syringe won't make much of a difference.

Insignificant but I know what you mean. It feels like your wasting gear but not enough to matters. Use insulin syringes for your injections that will help. 27-28 gauge 1/2 inch is what Iv been using for years.
