Question to all the guru(s) and experts out there. Is there any disadvantage to taking your SARMS stack at night? Here's what I've noticed (this is just my personal experience). Before you read its important note: I've been taking this stack for ~ about 30 days. Standard protocol doses. I switched to night doses about 10 days ago.
a) SR 9009 is KILLER. This totally works for endurance and cardio, but has a 4hr half life so excluding this from the main question - because obviously you are going to want to dose (at least once) before you workout.
b) cardarine - for the most part when taken during the morning/day, I can't tell if its doing anything. Maybe because its benefits are masked by the compounding of the SR??? This could all be mental ..I don't know. However, I weigh myself every morning and evening to see what my daily fluctuation is (this plays into a statement about fat loss later)
c) ostarine - I'm not taking this for muscle growth, I'm taking it for recovery and repair.
When I take b+c at night. I notice the cardarine seems to hold my weight at the end of the day to the same number in the morning the next day (taking into account I did my workout/cardio for the day) this is good for me. I'm looking for that or better every day. But this doesn't always happen naturally. I've noticed it works more consistently if I take the cardarine at night. The ostarine (taken at night with the cardarine).. well my joints aren't hurting as bad as they were when I started.
So back to the original question. Putting aside the discussion of fat loss vs. weight loss, vs. water weight on the cardarine; is there a disadvantage of taking this stack at night? My thought is perhaps the cardarine is keeping my metabolism revved up while I'm sleeping and the ostarine, well we heal when we sleep, so wouldn't this be a good time for the ostarine to be kicking in?
Let me know what you think. I'm just wondering if I've figured a out a personal hack, and if others have experienced something similar, or if this is all in my head and more than likely its just that its built up in my system now and I'm starting to see some benefits that would have come no matter what time of day I dose.
Thanks everyone
