Hey guys i would like to ask if is there any substitutes for aromasin? If there is, how much mg should a person take during on and off cycle?

Theres no substitute. But arimidex can be taken in its place.

Well I say its no substitute because nothing else will mimic what all it does.

The reason he says no substitute is because aromasin is a suicide inhibitor. Where as arimidex only abates the symptoms but doesnt do the proper job of lowering estro and other issues.

It would be like having pnuemonia and someone says take antibiotics and then another guy says nah just drink niquil everyday its the same thing. NOPE.

in other words, aromasin is the best option... obviously letro is strong but that does not make it a better option... that's a last resort option and not the best option for on cycle use... arimidex is not something i generally recommend... most that enjoy arimidex are the ones that really dont have much of any gyno irritation or flare at any point... i have seen countless use arimidex to only still develop symptoms throughout... aromasin carries several other benefits as well that arimidex does not...

think of it like this... when you have a severe injury that will probably require surgery yet you put it off and play through the pain... the cortisone shot gives you temporary relief but it never heals or cures where the surgery will... arimidex is the cortisone shot and aromasin is the surgery...

New here guys and have been on trt for 10 years but l have learned more in the last 2 months at AR then the prior 10 years, thanks for a great forum to learn. My MD recently switched me from daily transdermal 200 mg/ml compounded cream to 300 mg per week injection, my levels were fluctuating greatly on the trans, trying to achieve greater consistency. I do experience mild gyno at t levels around 1000 so the MD subscribed Armidex 1mg/ed, I asked about aromasin but he was unfamiliar with it, I would like your input on whether I would be better served by aromasin vs Armidex. The MD is open minded and willing explore options with me just need educate myself. Thanks for the input

NO there is no subsitute. I can tell you this too....when you buy the raw bulk..the aromasin is way cheaper than the arimidex.

Exemestane is the medical name of it. He might know what your talking about if you say that versus aromasin

Thanks guys I will explore it with the doc, Armidex Rx price is $415.00 for 30 1mg tabs but with insurance I only have to come out of pocket 11 bucks. Would like to try aromasin especially if it is more effective and possible could take less or less often .

for 11 dollars, i would ask for 10 years worth LOL... there is no comparison... if you have an option or can even convince her otherwise, then hands down you want to get aromasin...
