i want to start off saying that i am running everything according to your videos to the best of my understanding.. i respect you and take u very seriously and want to say thank you and great job helping everyone out!

my base line; I'm 32yr old, 5'10", 180 lbs, italian...i am in great physical shape. this is my second year of running cycles.. but this time i took ur advice and backed everything down and have a 1/16th the side effects because i was one of those guys that listened to the "meat head bro science". fortunately nothing was to bad and after blood work and learning about aromisin and doninex and a proper PCT, really has me back on track.. I'm not gyro prone or anything, but i did lose libido and mood swings crazy and like u said when u have a smoking hottie in front of you and your dick don't work, HA, talk about depression... I'm able to laugh about it now but i promise you are correct.. with out the protection, i was in a real hell, lost all self esteem, self worth, confidence, contemplated stupid things and everything... i looked great but "all show, no GO" if u dig what I'm saying.. I'm mentally stable and strong enough to shake it mentally but scared me FOR SURE!! with you and your videos guided me out of that hell and i will be forever in your debt.

so now I'm bulking and I'm on my 5th week. i have been running 25mg dbol everyday but saturday and am coming off as we speak, deca at 400ml a week, test eth 400mils a week, 3 i/u HGH everyday but saturday, aromisin every other day 12.5 mils, dosinex .50 every three days.. i have 7 weeks left ONE of my questions is, ******is there anything else i can run for bulking on the "back end" of this bulk?****** you talked so much about placement and timing of each product and i don't want to run something wrong on the back end... from what i can get from your videos to try and make a "custom" plan for myself even though i understand everyone is different, is kinda tricky so this is why i am reaching out directly to you. i was thinking about running a superdrol on the back 4 even though i ran a dbol on the front is that wrong? to maintain a bulk but yet a drier, less aromatizing bulk.. I'm just asking opinion and advice to save my self from hitting a hiccup and ruining a so far so good cycle.. no sides, up 7 lbs in 5weeks, and very little water my abs quads and upper back still have adequate definition...

i will take the bridge and for my cut i plan on :
test prop 125mil EOD, tren ace 100 mil EOD, mast prop 200mil EOD, 3i/u HGH everyday but saturday, along with the protection aromisin, dosinex.. and my question for this is on the front or rear should i add another run of superdrol? or a super drol front and a DNP rear?

i know the punctuation, spelling, and I'm sure general grammar is all over the place i apologize but I'm sure you get it..

What is DNP? Explain DNP to me.

Your test/decs/d-bol cycle is hard to understand. ML means nothing, what's your MG's?

You're running too much GH. Also, GH probably not necessary @ your age unless you have a medical condition that warrants it.

What's your PCT for this cycle? And how much time do you plan on taking off before your next plan?

And at 5'10 and 180 (maybe 185 when this cycle ends) what is there to cut?

Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run) 2nd cycle currently on week 6- (all per week numbers) 400ml test eth, 400ml deca, 3i/u HGH per day 6 days a week, JUST STOPED DBOL ran 5 weeks at 25mg a day 6 days a week, aromisin 12.5 EOD, caber .5 mil E3D, vitamins include milk thistle, fish oil, b12, and multi vitamin...

PCT for each cycle- did not run PCT after first cycle, was victim of "bro science" and was told i didn't need it... come to find out the importance of it i do have a PCT RDY for the end of this cycle. including nolvadex, aromisin, and I'm going to use the sarms i purchased on dylan's word, mk-2866 and gw501516 and see what happens for i have never completed a PCT so i don't know what to expect, but anything is better then the libido loss i experienced after the first run...

Goals- no real goals to speak off, outside of being in the 7-8% body fat and a walk around weight of 190-195lbs buy july 2017

Supplements (if any)- gnc whey isolate protein post work out, and C4 pre workout

General idea of nutrition- general "idea"- i stay away from soda pop, fried foods, i consume 2000-3000 cals a day, 10oz steak 3 whole eggs 2 toast AM, 2-6oz grilled chicken breast, broccoli steamed- lunch, dinner is usually my nightmare of pasta, meat sauce, meat ball and salad light dressing, protein shake in between lunch and dinner.. and thats pretty routine minus the occasional cheat item hear and there (small ice cream cone from sonic, brownie and ice creamed shared with my girl at dinner if we go out, etc)

Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.) no injuries, nothing wrong with me at all, complete clean bill of health..

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear- thats as honest as it gets.. i have nothing to hide and only have solid info to learn..

You shouldn't even be thinking about a next cycle when you aren't even done with this one bro. And for the love of God.....NEVER. use DNP.....ever. You are also getting in way over your head with anabolic usage that's turning to abuse being you are only on your second cycle. Tren and GH shouldn't even be considered right now.

You need to do the proper pct after your cycle, and them take off just as much time as you were on including pct. for example, if you had a 12 week cycle and 4 week pct that would be 16 weeks off before running another cycle.

brother, you are so damn reckless... do you have any comprehension of what you are doing here??? do you realize how bad you can hurt yourself with dnp? you could fucking kill yourself with it.. .there is noone on this forum that is going to advise this.. you are running tren, hgh etc and only on your second cycle and you still want to add more shit? not to mention, you are not even done with this and are not even fully focused on it! you are thinking about ANOTHER cycle... broseph, you are out of control in a major way... do i dare ask what or if you are even running a pct???
 
ok, fair enough.. dnp is out, not a problem... I'm not running tren yet, being 6 weeks in i still have 8 to 10 weeks left of this bulk cycle.. I AM NOT RUNNING TREN YET Mr Gemelli, I'm trying to run the bulk correctly and NOT reckless, i will take 16 weeks off total before i start a tren ace, mast prop, test prop cycle... is that wrong as well?
and that is the pct i plan on running in the next 8 weeks, i have all this in hand waiting..

on now- test eth, deca, hgh, with aromisin and caber
then a pct...
then next cycle will be tren ace, test prop, mast prop aromisin and caber..

why do you feel the need to run tren on a second cycle? thats just not smart at all... you clearly don't get the "marathon, not a sprint" concept... you go ahead and as you will.. it seems you have your mind set but ive been doing this a VERY VERY long time and i think i grasp how to go about this but you will end up like most do that do not listen and that is learning a long, hard, lifelong lesson that could have been easily avoidable... good luck

You clearly have the support and knowledge I'm looking for. I'm trying to listen but u really haven't been to direct on what your trying to get across to me.. or I'm missing something all together.

DNP is OUT, i have caught that clearly..

You clearly have the support and knowledge I'm looking for. I'm trying to listen but u really haven't been to direct on what your trying to get across to me.. or I'm missing something all together.
here's the thing bro.. you are taking tren, which is one of the most profound and harshest steroids you can run, then you factor in dnp, which can kill you as i pointed out... im not trying to be a dick, im trying to prevent you from making severe mistakes... you seem like an intelligent guy, plus your italian which i am as well, so i definitely have to look out for you! =) seriously though bro, think about it and you answer this logically for me... do you think its wise, when you are really in your beginning phases of using steroids, to just jump directly to tren?

OP; concentrate 110% on THIS cycle. We shouldn't be planning our next cycle until the current one (And PCT) and bloods are done.............
 
if you run a 16 week cycle..the MINIMUM time to wait before starting a new cycle is 22 weeks

current time on cycle+2 weeks before starting PCT+ 4 weeks PCT equals the amount of time off before beginning a new cycle

yes, time on = time off, INCLUDING pct time... always remember thats the MINIMUM time off

Before i had experienced my first bout of "tren cough", night sweats, slight aggression and massive mood swings, the side effects that comes with it, "I SWAM" i was strong as ever and i have to say that my physical appearance was at the best i had ever had...
So i lived through it, took to it well enough but now with watching EVERY video u have on the subject. I am going in with a prolactin safety (CABER), and estrogen safety (AROMISIN) this time and am confident with my body with a low dose of 250mg (tren ace) a week and a test prop of 350mg per week, a mastron prop at 700mg per week to split the difference of your suggested dose of 600-800mg a week, with aromisin and caber i feel i can handle it.
I'm 32, good genes, healthy, 90% on point diet i CANT say its perfect, in the body fat range that u suggested to be in inorder to experience the full potential of mastron, i am listening to u directly, i know and see my "10 toes" jumping all in personality isn't your favorite and your just showing concern and empathy for my safety and i can't be more grateful i want you to know that first and foremost. Plus yes ITALIAN haha thanks for the support and looking out for a fellow deg.
Just in this small period of time being able to talk to you i have lardy learned, DNP is out no questions asked, my dosage levels i have set under your suggested max, and last but not least you are very passionate towards this topic and the sense i am being wreck less. I don't take you as being a dick, i would rather a guy mother fuck me and save my life, then pussy foot it and allow me to fuck my self up. 100%.. with that said, if u believe the cycle is wrong or i have it set up wrong please tell me and i will adjust it accordingly for i am still close to 5 months away from this cycle being that i am on a bulk and still have to complete time off bridge and pct..

here's what you are missing... the LONGEVITY... you realize you can only run tren so many times right? you dont want to continue to use it year after year after year and especially not in your earlier phases of your usage career... you are just shortening it... i ran 7 cycles before i used tren bro... you can do whatever you want but i teach people how to get the most out of what they are doing and to do that, you need to increase quality of life as well as longevity, which you are not doing... i would not add tren to this cycle whatsoever... if you are intent on using it your next cycle, go for it... im not a fan of tren on any of your first three cycles and you have already done it once... its ultimately up to you but im not recommending it bro... i dont do that to people and i dont tell people what they want to hear, rather what they need to hear...

i did not realize the fact you can only run it so many times.. Now its making sense.. then i should and will just run a test prop and mast cycle and drop the tren, see what happens there... unless there is something else i should stack with it as well, ill just stick to that. Hell, i am only 32, i have time to run it down the road later if need be.. thank you for sticking with me and answering my questions. untill next time, take care brother and ill be watching your videos hopefully for a long time to come.
