Hey Dylan,

John here from Ireland, first of all I love your channel, I use your channel for a source of all my information. It's excellent and keep up the good work.

I told all my mates to subscribe to you also!

Please help me, I have good knowledge on TRT/HGH etc but need some clarification.

I asked some bodybuilders and athletes and keep getting contradicting information.

I will not try something until I 100% know how, as like you said , safety first!!

Ok, I am 94kg and bodyfat 12%, I'm 36 and training 20 years, I did 1 course of steroids in my life so lack knowledge, the reason I did only once is I am the weight I desire to be, so never had the desire to do it again.
Also I competed in martial arts for 15 plus years and served in the military. So I have always being extremely fit and love training and living a healthy life.

My diet is very good and I know how to carb cycle and all the other types of diets and fat burning techniques through cardio and diet.

But my testosterone has dropped and it's time to utilise these now.

This is exactly what I want to do, go on TRT AND HGH and maybe anavar, and use a fat burner.

I don't want to do a steroid course but want a long term solution as it something I can do year in and out! I want to be ripped basically all year round 8% bodyfat, without doing a full steroid course .

I want to do TRT as a life choice for the rest of my life.
1. Do I take cypionate or enanthate?
2. How much per week and what days?
3. Do I have to take something with it- clomid ??
4. Any other info?

I want to start HGH
1. Can I take a low dose all year round?
2. How much per day etc?
3. What is the best type?
4. I want to maximise fat burning

Anavar
1. Can I take all year round?
2. What dose?

Fatburner
1. Which one is the best?
2. Will I take clen/ T3 etc?
3. Something which can be used long term or which would complement the above.

If you could tell me what I can take every week/ year and I stick to that, I would be hugely appreciative, as I just TRUST your advice.

If it's to mush information, we can Skype and I pay for your consultation.

Hey bro, cheers for the reply!

I was tired a lot, my mood was very low, so I got my bloods done, and I have low test!
Then I got them done again and it was the same.

Any advice on the above

Bro, you are getting way too ahead of yourself here and throwing too much out there. Have you done bloodwork to confirm your levels have dropped? If so what were the numbers?

If you don't want to use steroids and are happy with your size, why have even mentioned Anavar? You need to forget about that, and also forget about ever using t3 or Clen.

Have you spoke with your doctor about your levels, and possible TRT? This is a protocol your doctor should be going over with you

1. Do I take cypionate or enanthate? Either one is fine
2. How much per week and what days? 150mg then do bloods
3. Do I have to take something with it- clomid ?? No. Possibly aromasin if your bloods show estrogen went up
4. Any other info? Some like the combo of test +deca as trt

I want to start HGH This stuff is very expensive to stay on for the rest of your life.If you are very wealthy then go for it.
1. Can I take a low dose all year round? yes
2. How much per day etc? 2iu
3. What is the best type? Prescription grade? From this board...hard to say.
4. I want to maximise fat burning. Don't we all

Anavar This stuff deos nothing and is too expensive. It is better for women.Forget about it.
1. Can I take all year round?
2. What dose?

Fatburner
1. Which one is the best? The ECA stack with phenbuterol
2. Will I take clen/ T3 etc? Absolutely not.
3. Something which can be used long term or which would complement the above.A very good diet

Now tell us your test levels and estrogen levels and we can make this a lot clearer for you.

I answered everything above for you. This is advice that may change based on your bloodwork

Jakes response is pretty much what Id suggest. Starting TRT can a process. If you are lucky you start on a dose, get bloodwork and your test and E2 are in range, and you are good but sometimes it takes adjusting, then bloodwork, then adjusting, then bloodwork.........etc until you get it. Several of us on here used our Drs to get started then just started self admin once things got all lined out. Otherwise you can get blood work for yourself. As long as you dont need a LC/MS-MS test, a simple female blood panel will cost you ~$60. The more expensive LC/MS-MS would be in case you ran a cycle and wanted to know your [high] Test levels. Once you get lined out, its just periodic bloodwork and then some blood donation to help the polycythemia.

TRT will take quite a bit of tweaking before you're in an optimal range for YOU. Just as Jake pointed out, everything needs to be monitored closely to ensure you stay healthy and happy. It will be an initial investment but it will be well worth it.
