I have been watching some of your videos and wanted to see if you would be willing to help me out with asking some questions I have.
I am an Army Veteran that now works in a different security arena… I am a male, 48 years old, approx 5”10 and 225 lbs.. I started going the gym after so many years and it feels good to do so. What I would like to see are some good results. I am not expecting miracles, but just good growth.

In your videos, you speak of various cycles, but I am not sure which to even start with, especially as a beginner. I am very conservative and cautious, so I appreciate your guidance in those videos, as you admonish many to not go beyond certain dosages.

Only problem is that I dont know where to start and what to use. You use so many acronyms, that I feel like I am back in the army again. And on top of that, I dont know where to get them (if I knew what they were).
 
How long have you been in the gym?
What does your diet look like?
Is your testosterone low? Have you ever had it checked?
What % is your body fat?

hey brother.. you are definitely not in the right condition right now for steroids, not even close... you can absolutely get there but now is definitely not the time... you have not been in the gym consistently long enough and your diet would need to be dialed in and very consistent... i can already tell your body fat is not where it needs to be either... you do not have any knowledge there either which is very dangerous ground... you would need months and months of your own studying, then you put together a plan and bring it for questions... you dont just start asking with zero knowledge... you do have other options to help you... sarms would be perfect for you moving forward.. i need to know your body fat and your SPECIFIC goals... here is a link to my articles on sarms so you can get familiar with them.. https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators also, while i realize you did not outright ask it, i would think someone of your background would know that its not very smart to ask someone or "indicate" to someone when you have not ever spoken to them before, that you want to know a source etc... that's not what i mean when i take all questions.. i take questions to help people protect themselves, to get the most out of what they are doing etc... i try to save and enhance lives... that's what i mean when i say i take all questions... let me know after you read on sarms and i can help you set up a cycle...

Steroids are not going to be the right thing to do right now for you. You need to get into a better condition and put some more time in the gym. A better alternative for you right now to go with would be sarms, which give steroid like results without the severe suppression and side effects that steroids have.

Welcome.....At 48; 1st move = you should be having your test levels checked, you may be a candidate for TRT.
 
let me know if you are understanding all of this... i want to make sure you don't do something irrational bro...
