I was just jokin around when I said that lol. That is what I did tnough, I contacted PCS and asked which location would be best to ship from and gave them my location and they ( you guys ) reccomended International warehouse 1 which is where I ordered from.

Hey guys. I’ve been having a problem with my order from PharmaComStore and it’s been annoying to say the least. I ordered on february 26th, 2019 (paid the same day). My sibutramine was shipped March 9th, 2019. For the past 3 weeks I’ve been sending emails because I was positive my sibutramine was seized but I kept being told it’s just a delay from the warehouse and today I just got a letter from the FDA that my packages are being held and confiscated and it’s been almost 2 months since I ordered. My order number is 3537321. When will I finally get my sibutramine? What’s the point of paying $75 shipping to wait 5 weeks for a order to be confiscated. Please help.

Our Terms and Conditions, clearly state the same since 2008, that in the absence of a seizure letter or an official loss confirmation from the carrier. we cannot reship if less than 30 days passed from the actual dispatch.
Since your seizure letter arrived, your order will be forwarded for reship right away.

What’s the point of paying $75 shipping

Your placed an order from multiple warehouses therefore dispatch from several countries, which resulted in a combined shipping cost of 75$ indeed. Our average shipping cost per warehouse is 25$.

There is no need to scream for help as this is not a scam nor an injustice.
Our basic protocols would have been followed with or without your post here, meaning, 30 days passed or seizure letter received, and order will be reshipped.

This is our 11th year in business and there is no customer who has ever lost money with us, therefore you can panic for anything else except this.

Also, please take into consideration that we cannot control customs in your region but we can advise, prior to each order, the best our our shipping locations to choose for Guaranteed and Fast Delivery.

Why was I never contacted regarding this? We don’t control customs so no need to cry for help here, we have a free reship policy and sending the seizure letter to our email support would of handled this. Posting publicly like this is NOT the way to handle situations sir.
For the future, contact me before posting complaints like these because it’s a easy resolution, final warning regarding this sir.
