Hi Dylan, first I want to say thank you very much for posting your amazing videos on YouTube love them. You really know how to deliver valuable information & make everything sound logical. Here is the thing, I am 28 years old, been training since 20 been natural for 7 years, I did my first cycle last year, took 3 months off than did an off season cycle with a top guru Dave Polumbo if you know him. Anyway my goal is to be a pro bodybuilder. I train right, eat super strict, do my cardio & stay consistent year round. Here's my problem, my body doesn't change with steroids. I did 2 cycles & I haven't seen any difference & my streangth is the same. The only thing that I got is the side effects like gyno & high sex drive. My drugs r not fake trust me & im eating enough food but, it really bothers me that my body doesn't change. Some people told me maybe I have a problem with my receptors or gland. What do you think Dylan? Please help would appreciate that

First, what is your full stats like height, weight, bodyfat? If you aren't gaining on steroids, the. There are problems somewhere with your training and/or diet. You don't have a problem with receptors or anything like that. That doesn't happen. After you give us a little more info about yourself, post up EXACTLY what your diet and training are. I'm sure something is off there

Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run): I did my first cycle last year from Jun to October, 16 weeks. week 1 to week 12 (Test EN 600mg, sus 250 750mg, EQ 600mg) anavar was introduced in week 10 (20 mg a day until the end of my cycle I slowly got up to 60 mg) from week 12 to week 16 I switched to test p 100mg EOD, Primo 200 EOD, Clen 20mc 2 a day, Masteron 100 EOD, Halo 20 mg a day for last 10 days. I did this cycle from the help of a WBFF pro who has an Insane physique. He was also surprised that why I was not seeing results. My second cycle I did an off season cycle with Dave Polumbo. I usually get blood work done before and after a cycle.
WEEK 1-6**
1. 200mg testosterone cypionate (or enanthate ) 3x per week (mon/wed/fri)
2. 200mg Equipoise (boldenone) 3x per week (mon/wed/fri)

1. Growth Hormone (GH): 3IU per day (taken in morning)

2. 1/2mg (1/2 pill) Arimidex (every other day)


WEEKS 7-12**
1. 200mg testosterone cypionate (or enanthate ) 3x per week (mon/wed/fri)
2. 100mg Masteron enanthate 3x per week (mon/wed/fri
3. Growth Hormone (GH): 3IU per day (taken in morning)
4. 1/2mg (1/2 pill) Arimidex (every other day)

WEEKS 13-18**
1. 200mg testosterone cypionate (or enanthate ) 3x per week (mon/wed/fri)
2. 200mg Deca Durabolin 3x per week (mon/wed/fri
3. Growth Hormone (GH): 3IU per day (taken in morning)
4. 1/2mg (1/2 pill) Arimidex (every other day)
PCT for each cycle HCG 2000IU every 3rd day for 2 week
then
Clomid 50-100mg per day for 3 weeks
Nolvadex 20mg a day for a 30 days
Goals: want to be 180 lb on stage ripped
Supplements (if any): Multivitamin and mineral, fish oil, B complex, Vit C 1000, BCAA, Glutamine, Whey Isolate, Pre workout, Creatine and Vit D3
General idea of nutrition :
MEAL 1:
4 whole eggs (buy the OMEGA-3 EGGS they sell in the supermarket) with 2 extra egg whites with 1 cup of Oatmeal (cooked) (looking for 35g carbs)


MEAL 2:
8oz turkey burgers or chicken breast burgers with 8oz sweet potatoes (looking for 35g carbs)with 2 tablespoons of macadamia nut oil.


MEAL 3:
54g ISOLYZE (or Whey Isolate Protein) with 1.5 tablespoon of All Natural Peanutbutter


MEAL 4:
“FATTY PROTEIN MEAL” 8oz (cooked) of red meat or salmon with a salad with 2 tablespoon of olive oil (or macadamia nut oil) and vinegar with 1 large baked potato and/or yam (looking for 35g carbs)

MEAL 5:

“LEAN PROTEIN MEAL” 8oz (cooked) of chicken (or turkey or lean fish or shrimp)-- with ½ cup cashew nuts (or almonds or walnuts) with 1 cup (cooked) RICE (brown) (looking for 35g carbs)with 1 tablespoon of macadamia nut oil
Cheat meal once a week
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.): no injuries just did Hernia surgery last year

Gee... No wonder you didn't grow on your FIRST cycle... You only used 8 DIFFERENT COMPOUNDS...I think you forgot 1 or 2

And fuck you only used 1,350mg per week of testosterone.... Well it's no wonder ... Under dosed pussy cycle

You used more AAS on your FIRST cycle than a pro does prepping for a contest

I'm pretty speechless here man. That is a shit ton of gear to be using, and that was completely overkill and unnecessary. You started off going full throttle and balls to the wall, so where do you go from here? You must learn to crawl before you walk, and I'm sure your body is not responding the same because you through the kitchen sink at it right from the start, when you could have made the same gains or MORE on just a moderate 300mg dose of test.

Also how long are you taking off between these cycles? Your myostatin levels on those doses and compounds are probably through the roof. Myostatin rises while on cycle, which is the hormone that stalls and halts muscle gains completely. Once you come off cycle it can take 3 months or more depending on how long and how much you were on to bring those levels to baseline again.

There could still be diet issues but if you are truly eating like you laid out, I think it's because you started with too much too fast. You probably need to just stop for a good length of time for 6 months or longer and reset everything. Let your body reach homeostasis, and then when you start again be RESPONSIBLE and run a sensible cycle of moderate test dose and maybe one other moderately dosed compound....nothing more
 
Thank you for your replay. to answer your question I took 3 month's off cycle completely. And yes I had no idea about the drugs and dosages because it was my first cycle and I was just learning. I just trusted my coach that time, later I found out with research that it is unnecessary to take all these compounds with these dosages. But still my second cycle I went to Dave Palumbo who is very well known and still I couldn't see results

Thank you for your replay. to answer your question I went off cycle for 3 monthes and than got blood work done again before I worked with Dave Palumbo. He told me everything was fine (blood work) and we can start the off season. But, still even with Dave I couldn't see good results.

Was that 3 months completely off after pct? Something here just doesn't add up man. I really don't know what to say. It's either bunk gear, bad diet, poor training, or not enough time off

I have been natural for 7 years and I reached a good age to use steroids. No, this is my current weight. At that time I started at 160 I gained 20 lb in 3 monthes than I cutted down to 160lb but with a lean ripped look. If my WBFF guy don't know shit than he would't have won pro shows :)

He probably had a coach dictating what he should have been taking and how to do it properly.

This is kind of insane to me, my first test cycle I blew up. Halo won't get you any bigger, just hyper aggressive. You honestly could have dropped all that stuff and just used Test and Winny or even Test and a good Sarms stack.

yes that what was I hoping for to see great results from my first cycle. because everyone told me that my first cycle would be my best cycle but, unfortunately we learn from our mistakes as human beings. I'm just trying to learn

It's all good bro. You are in the right place for that, and I'm glad you learned from the mistakes. Hopefully we can get this all figured out for you and get you on the right track to where you should be
 
there's a lot wrong here bro... basically from start to finish... you also need to understand that just because someone won something does not make them the end all know all... some people are luckily naturally gifted or told what to do from start to finish and cant even comprehend it when its delivered in a hand holding type of way.. so just because someone won a title does not make them a genius by any means... yes, one would assume that but its not always the case... clearly here there is a complete lack of care even with your second cycle... where is your prolactin protection? did it occur to mr bodybuilder that deca can hurt you in the worst way because of the prolactin increase... also, having you run hgh at your age... i mean, what the fuck? seriously... im not mad with you on this, im mad that someone would actually tell you this mess is okay... you should have taken your second cycle and replayed it as if it were your first and start from scratch and do this the right way... instead, mr fuck face has you jumping right on deca? i mean, come on! if your not growing on these cycles, then i dont care what you say, there is a major issue with your diet and/or training... it is very flawed because you would be responding in some way... bro, you may not be getting what you want to hear but i dont do this to tell people what they want to hear... i do this to fucking save people's lives... to tell them what they need to hear... to understand fully what they are doing and how it needs to be done... i want to extend your life span here and help you to be able to enjoy the rest of your life, but the path your on, its going to be a very very shitty lesson to learn... your at that point where its up to you because if you keep going your way, well, you'll see bro... i hope your one that actually listens...
 
I dont get it. Something isnt right. Youve trained for 7 yrs so one would assume you have at least a working knowledge of training. The diet listed is decent but without knowing ur metabolism etc i think you need more cals if your goal is to gain mass. You say 15% bf so i dont know why youre doing mast and it also points to a diet thats not very strict. I gained close to 20lbs on 400mg of test my first cycle and you could have too. I also think you need to be responsible for your own health and do some research so that you can understand the different compounds that these people are telling you to use. My god that is an insane amt of mgs and compounds for a first and 2nd cycle. You dont have to be an expert but i think if you do some studying you would realize the mistake in all this. Its your life do what you will. I prefer to be as knowledgeable and in control of what i put into my body as i possibly can. Especially ones that could have life altering consequences if not administered responsibly

You obviously do not have a correct foundation of diet and training
15% BF is too high to effectively run AAS
You have already shown a reckless disregard to using AAS
