When your progress has slowed or become stagnant, then consider SARMS. Otherwise you are just wasting your money because people new to training and eating well are going to make gains regardless.
 
you can use a chaser with them... thats no problem and the taste does not linger... you want to have consistency in diet and training before using anything or you will never get what you should out of it... if you just started training, clearly you dont want to use any ped...
