You just have to man up and take them straight down bro. It's really not that bad, and you do get used to it. Right now I'm taking 4 things at once every morning, and it doesn't even phase me. Just chase it afterwards with the beverage of your choice to wash it down

bro, please dont be one of "those" that complains about the taste... its a baby dropper bro... seriously, thats the dropper used to feed babies... its like a few drops.. you just take it straight down... its not mouthwash, remember that... if you need a chaser to help then that's fine too...

i knew you would be fine on the taste once you got used to it... the headache symptom is not sarms related whatsoever.. if you are using gw or sr9009 your metabolism increases which could definitely make you warmer but the headaches are non related...
