I've been lifting for about 1 year now, and gained 20 pounds of fat+muscle (had some breaks interspersed, and lost mass). I've discovered SARMS recently and been reading about it. I'm thinking of doing a Ostarine + Nutrobal stack for mass gain sometime. Is this a good stack to do? And to clarify, Nutrobal doesn't cause test suppression, correct? I'm just wondering if combining the two increase the test suppression? Either way, I'm wondering do people take some products during the cycle to preemptively prevent test suppression?
Also, what is the recommended PCT for this stack? I'm going to be doing a medium dose, like 25mg for both of them, and going for 8 weeks. Is 8 weeks a good time to go for each?
In addition, I was told that with Ostarine, I can increase workout frequency and workout length. I was thinking of combining Mondays and Tuesdays workouts into one day, and Wednesdays and Thursdays workout into one day, and alternating those two. Thus, increasing both frequency and length of workouts. Is this ok to do? What if I add more volume as well? I currently try to do strength workouts that have 3-5 sets and 4-8 reps.
And finally, should I keep my diet the same, or what should I do to have maximum muscle gain, with no fat gain? I currently am 6'1, 180 lbs, and around 16-18% body fat. I eat 2600 calories a day with the correct macros, and my maintenance is 2200. If eat for fat loss, say a 25% deficit, would my muscle gains be lesser than if I ate at either the 400 calorie surplus or just maintenance, with this SARM stack?
Any other thoughts or info that you might feel is related would be appreciated as well.
