Hi Dylan,
I recently became exposed to the world of SARMS and that quickly led me to your youtube channel with tons of information and I would love to have your feedback with the below!
I think I've decided to give Ostarine a try from sarmsx. Seems like the recommended dose I see most consistently is 25mg a day...with 4-6 weeks being the common cycle length to avoid suppression or at least keep it to a minimum. But I believe one of your videos suggests running it longer for best results? This obviously leads to PCT and where I get lost in what's best for me.
I'm sure you need some background info on me first. I've never run a cycle of anything in the past...I'm 28....male...235lbs...If I were to guess slightly under 20%BF.
My goals and expectations? To see if I can put on around 10 pounds in the safest/cleanest way.
If you have any advice in regards to Ostarine dosage...cycle length...and PCT products/length as well. Or even if you don't recommend Ostarine for my goals I would really appreciate your feedback. Thanks Dylan, keep the videos coming!
