Hello forum,
I use to be really into body building and martial arts till I had a mishap from surgery resulting in a winged scapula.
For 8 years I've struggled with keeping my shoulder and back strong which has cost me my health. I was unable to work out regularly and I had to take pain killers often. I was severely depressed for a lot of that time frame. Sometimes things would start to improve consistently and I would try to get back to the gym only to wake up with an inflamed neck and back two weeks after starting a new regiment.
So far this year has been great and the first time I haven't relapsed. I've been easing back into regular exercise. Right now I'm focusing on dropping fat but I'm not cutting my calories back too much so that I can keep my strength up.
My question is this: if I'm worried about a relapse with my scapula, would something like Ostarine provide good support?
Right now my rat is taking GW-50
