Hello Everyone, I powerlift for fun and am new to sarms. I say I am new but I have not ever done any sarms or gear lol. I am wondering if there are any sarms that can help me progress, however I am hesitant to jump on ones that mess with your hormones as I am only 21. It appears that the two that do not mess with your hormones are Nutrabol and Cardarine. My goals are to increase strength and maybe a little mass, so Cardarine doesnt fit it as it appears to me that it is more for endurance. Nutrabol apparently mimics HGH which seemed promising to me however articles such as "https://www.verywellfit.com/human-growth-hormone-in-weight-training-bodybuilding-3498771" claim that HGH doesn't help strength all that much. Other articles provide conflicting information saying that HGH will minorly-moderately increase strength and build lean mass but over a long term. Can anyone provide guidance on this?
Additionally, would it be worth it for me to take more supressive sarms? I have seem many diaries of people taking RAD140 or LGD4033 and progressing greatly, however I would then have to get bloodwork and also do a PCT? Again I am hesitant to take more supressive sarms but if there isn't much of a point to take the non-supressive ones I would contemplate it.
