I'm going to take S4, GW and osta (already bought, just waiting shipment). My main goal is to loose fat, I really want to get around 10% bodyfat. I would like to have some advice about my macros in my diet and about cardio to reach my goal.

I train heavy lifting weights 6 days a week.
My diet is good, very clean. I just need to know how much grams of protein, carbs and fat should I eat to loose fat and don't loose to much muscle...
