Goal - Looking to add some weight. Anywhere from 10-15 lbs. Ideally I would love to get to 230lbs.
I've been in and out of the game for roughly 15 years. I've dabbled in a little bit of everything (AAS, PH, etc). Over the years AAS have become harder to find and the PH stuff is so damn unreliable it's not even worth the bother. I have been searching for a product for a while and I kept seeing this "SARMS" term floating around and honestly never paid much attention. Recently I decided to see what it was all about and I have become intrigued. I have several questions about SARMS and if anyone would feel better PM me that would be fine. So, I will begin my list of questions that have probably been asked numerous times here but I have failed to be able to find in the threads.
1. How are they taken? Seems to be orally? Through drops?
2. Do they have to be taken with AAS or can these be used solo?
3. Are there products that can be run alone for what I am looking to accomplish?
4. The names of the different products are a bit confusing (number/letter combos). What is the ideal products for gaining muscle mass and length of dosage/cycle?
5. What kind of time frame might one see results?
6. Is this stuff for real?
