A few apps I use for tracking calories, macros, workouts and workout tips are as follows:

My fitness pal (as simple as scanning the barcode of what you are eating)

Jefit (this is a new one highly recommend for logging weight training..getting tips..creating a plan..tracking goals)

Map my run

These have helped me tremendously to keep on track... what are all of you using or do you recommend?

The absolute best I've used is "Lose it". This app is a good one because it gives you your macros on a large pie graph, and before you eat something, you can scan the bar code, adjust your servings and it will calculate everything for you. They have a HUGE library of foods from all brands and restaurants.

This is just a personal example, but gives you a good idea of the user experience.

My fitness pal is the same. Its more of a preference. On my fitness pal I could adjust my macros on this one I couldn't change them but that could have been user error lol. They both are a very great tool! Sure beats writing it all down lol

Ya I've actually used myfitnesspal for years. Always have enjoyed the versatility that app offers. I haven't used it for a while now, simply because I have my diet locked in to where I really don't need to count things anymore.

Bad thing about these apps is that every different choice when logging foods has a different opinion of how much protein etc is in, for example 5oz of beef. You get anywhere from 25-50g of protein. How the fuck are you supposed to know?
