Hey Gents.

last year '24 from Jan-Oct I ran Dragon Test E. Started at 400/wk then dropped to 200/wk after 3 months. In Oct I decided to go supervised, so I stopped all pins for a few weeks and got some bloods done from a trt doc. All hormone markers were very low, Test, free test, LH, FSH, Estrogen, etc.. I informed the trt doctor that I was doing "trt" unsupervised and wanted to go legit and she was super cool with it. She put me on Test Cyp 200/wk with some hcg (don't remember the dose), and arimidex day after injecion.

after 2-3 months I started getting serious panic attacks. At first didn't think it was related in any way. but after a few months a lots of tests. my PCP (different doctor) advised that is was likely the testosterone and I should stop. So I did. The panic attacks did get better (by about 50%) but didn't fully dissipate. Still dealing, but whatever. My biggest regret is that I never did any form of PCT. Just stopped cold turkey after about a year and half of test. This was a little over 1 year ago.

I saw an "anti aging" doc a few months back for some bpc157 for my shoulder. So I went back to her to get some hormone bloodwork done. She is hip to it and I've shared everything with her. When I brought up that I didn't do any PCT she acted like it wasn't that big of a deal, and by now my test should have bounced back to normal ranges but acknowledged that it was probably on the low side of normal.

Bloods just came back
Test total 144 (250-1100) Low
Test Free 4.3 (4.3-24) Barely within range
E2 <11.8 (11.8-39.9) Low
SHBG 12 (15-95) Low
LH 5.4 (1.5-9.3) normal within range
FSH 4.4 (1.4-18.1) normal within range

So, my test is super super low, and my E2 as well. However, with my LH and FSH being at normal ranges. would it even make sense to consider enclomiphene? or would it make sense to run a pct now a year later?

Chat gpt says that I should get thyroid, b12, and folate testing done, which I am going to ask the doc to run. I'm very hesitant to hop back on trt due to my experience with panic attacks. If I did, I would want to use the dragon test E because I didn't really have any issues until I switched to the "legit" test.

bad idea going to anti aging docs. they are not really doctors but really business people

there was no reason to go on 200mgs test + hcg as a TRT dose. TRT should be replacing what you should normally produce. for 99% of people it is simply injecting testosterone at 90-110mgs a week. that is it. nothing else

go to a real doctor who specializes in hormones.

I'd question what many call anxiety or panic attacks.

To illustrate the point if a man was a low T kind of person (say c300) and I put them on 2g of test their sense of well being would either be 'superman' or 'what the fuck is happening?'

bros you could have damaged hpta from being on that long. in fact you probably did. what were test levels before?

Well My test levels on 200/wk were 750. If I were to go back on I would certainly start around 100/wk maybe a little lower and get bloods done once a month to figure out where I am.

You mean go to a endocrinologist? I guess that couldn't hurt.

Its kind of difficult to put into words, but basically it feels like I'm about to die. At least, that what is running through my head. I'm not in any real pain or anything. it feels like I can't breath, but not even that because I am breathing, but it feels like my lungs aren't working. Just very light headed, tunnel vision, racing heart rate, sweating. kind of like that feeling of "I'm about to pass out". and the feeling like if I do, its all over. feeling a sense of impending doom is the dramatic way to put it.

Panic disorder not connected with anxiety.

I was getting this 3-4 times per day and it could last for either 20 minutes or 2 hours.

Anyway, definitely not the reason I made the post. Mainly was to ask if anyone had any input on the value of doing a PCT protocol 1 year after last pin.

you need to be able to trust your doctor. seems like they have you on a wild goose chase and are not explaining anything to you.

you need to go to a real doctor who can explain this stuff to you. how did they not tell you that being on gear that long would shut you down? that is normal

you ran gear pretty much for a year straight if you count esters. typically it will take half that time to fully recover even with a proper pct. keep that in mind
