Is there any comparison on how effective RAD is compared to other gear? Ive been trying to figure out what could be more effective. As a test only cycle as a beginner is the best start. Is RAD comparable to test? I know they are different Just curious if theres any chance a RAD cycle could be just as effective.

I watched all the videos I could find and there was only one where it was stated to be potentially stronger but that was 7-8 months ago so the data may be outdated now its been around for a while.

RAD gives testosterone like effects, and is very powerful. It acts like testosterone si it gives those types of results. Comparing the two can be somewhat difficult, because obviouosly it depends on test dose you are running etc. I will say that I've seen users get results and gains comparable to what you'd gain from a moderate test cycle. One advantage of RAD for sure is that it does t aromatize into estrogen and carry the side effects and suppression that test does
 
Ok so for an absolute beginner who is afraid of side effects especially if not looked at correctly RAD could be a better option to start and see what it can do. Its hard getting the correct info as theres so many different opinions. Thanks for the answer Rick

I'm on my second run of RAD and this time I'm running it at the max dose..30mg's/day....no issues at all both times

Been interested as well in running this how does it compare to lgd and osta in terms of muscle gains? My friend ran it during a cut and lost lean body mass... was dissapointing to see you would think the rad would at least preserve it no?

When I ran it the first time it was with S4/LGD/MK-2866/GW on a big cut and I lost everything I feel...muscle and fat...personally I don't think you can gain muscle at a 500/day deficit no matter what you run
This time I'm on a bulk running...RAD/LGD/MK-2866/MK-677...and my shirt is getting tight at the 2 week mark....lol

I ran same, except no S4, but with a calorie excess, I put on 12pd muscle, 12pd of fat... Thats concerning on your cut, as my next cycle is a recomp, so will running a deficit.
 
Jp1957 did you do any cardio during your cycle? The reason I ask is cause Daylan said that even on a low calorie you can gain some muscle. When I did my first cycle I gain about 10 lbs of muscle and like 8 maybe of body fat. Now on my second cycle I under calories and doing 1 hr of cardio a day. And Im losing body fat. But I would like to gain some muscles as well. Maybe not 10lbs I know.

Wow is it normal to put on that much fat on a clean bulk? Because I ran lgd/osta on a bulk and gained 13 lbm and 1lb fat (dexa scan) however it was pill form so could have been a prohormone, but I experienced no sides which leads me to believe it was real

well, if you figure 500cal defecit is 1pd per week, then wouldnt 500k excess give the same? In which case its comes out about right for a 12 week cycle
 
I ran rad with lgd and gw. The rad kicked in much faster than the lgd and I got lean and hard from it. I was seeing alot more striations than I could ever see before, it also gave me really good energy and a sense of well-being.

here's the thing with eating in deficits and preserving muscle... you have to know HOW to eat at a deficit properly to preserve muscle... thats the key to all of this... why do we think recomping is the hardest objective of anything we do... its because the diet is everything with it... certain compounds are far better in terms of muscle preservation but if your working out as hard as you should be, its quite different than when your stagnant or have a disease and using it for muscle preservation... the scenarios are far different and thats what skews results.. trust me, the capability is there for sure with sarms especially because that is what they were intended to do upon creation but if your not taking in the adequate nutrients, not calories but nurtients needed to still build muscle, then it does not matter what you are taking... there's good ratios to meet and many fall short because they do not understand how to control calories but still get the proper nutrients... that comes down to this... two areas... 1. a lack of understanding of their own body response 2. a lack of understanding how to accommodate your diet to get the necessities while eating at a deficit... also, at times genetics play a huge role in this...

often times i get people that say i can stay cut because of genetics... what fucking genetics? noone in my family was EVER even close to cutting like me... my genetics are with size and that's why i have to work so hard to stay where im at... if i eat 3000-3500 calories which is STILL below my maintenance, i will gain a fucking lot of weight very fucking fast... so i have to be very controlled and i understand my body and how it works... thats the first step here... rad has the capabilities for sure, but the diet has to be adequate and dialed in first...

Yes, that is absolutely correct. Sarms do not carry the side effects and suppression that steroids do and are a great way to introduce yourself into the world of anabolics with incredible results.

A sarms stack is the best way to go, but you can absolutely run it solo too
