Hi Dylan
hope all is well.
First and foremost, thank you for all of your online videos and wealth of free information over the years.
I am 40 year old male. I have competed most of my life in Wrestling and Brazilian BJJ.
Recently I have been experiencing a lot of fatigue. This guided me to make an appointment to and Endocrinologist. My testosterone levels were at 239.. They are sending my full labs.
I am 5'7 190lbs. The doctor suggested starting me on TRT. Was curious on what questions I should be asking him and if I should be stacking anything else with regards to my future competitions in BJJ. I have really began cutting out all the bad foods to get my weight down to competition (170lbs)

What could I benefit from as far as getting my levels up and energy back? Peptides?

you are definitely going to need trt with these levels.. as redmorkai pointed out, ask about your estrogen and make sure that you always have an AI on hand... aromasin is the best option but often doctors prescribe arimidex.... the doctor will refer to aromasin as exemestane and arimidex as anastrazole... once you get your full labs, post them so we can give you the best guidance...

in terms of what to use to get strength and energy back, along with building lean muscle and melting fat, healing at a far more rapid rate, strength increases, energy, general sense and well being and much more, then you would want sarms as your choice... if your not familiar with sarms, check out my articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators in the stack i am providing is mk677... mk677 needs to be ran for a year without taking any time off of it... you can get everything listed at www.sarmsx.com They have the highest quality sarms you can find and i stand by that a million percent... here is the layout...

1-16 test cyp 150 mg week
1-16 aromasin 6.25 mg every other day
1-16 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-16 mk677 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.

If you have a good doc he should be able to dial in your dose perfectly for you through monitoring your bloodwork. Estrogen definitely needs watched but most people are fine as far as that goes on TRT doses. For your sport, a good sarms stack would go perfectly hand in hand to compliment TRT to give you strength, endurance, energy, lean mass, and fat loss. Dylan gave you a perfect layout on that, which I also recommend

let me know if you have any further questions bro... i want to make sure you are doing all of this properly...
