questions about mk677

Okay everyone to start off, the mk677 I recently got is definitely bunk. 3 days in and absolutely no water weight, appetite increase, or anything different. I will be ordering from pharma lady soon and the tablets come in 10mg, so I was wondering if I can just take 20mg a night? Also, I have some loose skin (not really noticeable but you can pull my skin a lot) would the mk677 help tighten it up?

No it will not dude and thats just ignorance for there to be a claim that it would cause that.

Its not going to fix loose skin. It will help smooth it and tighten it some but a bunch of serious loose skin will need surgery

If you just saw me then you wouldn’t even know I had loose skin, but if you try to pull it from my arm or stomach it’s pretty stretchy, so I think the mk677 could tighten it almost completely
