Hello Dylan,

I watch you videos often. I been lifting since July 2016 right after I got diagnosed with MS. Now as I been lifting I realized that I wasn't getting any gains. I took it upon myself to test my Testosterone which was low 286. I been doing the inter muscular injections since Feb. 2017 and I put on 15 lbs of muscle. I also do HCG 50 units twice a week plus an AI. I do 1 CC once a week to keep my levels steady at times I'll do half a dose on a Tuesday because I know it starts to breaks down after 3 day, my levels now are 905 to 1000.
What I wanted to talk about with you about is a study done in Denmark with people with MS that have done weight truing and those that did not. The study showed that those that did weight training shown an increase in grey matter and helps against brain atropine. So I work out 6 days a week plus swim, yes I over do it and limp walking out of the gym. I don't care because I know how I feel at the end. I just can't work out my legs because there stiff and have heavy feeling.

My question is I eat a lot of protein drink Whey twice a day. I eat little carbs drink plenty of water. I'm trying to cut down more body fat but its hard I don't know if it the Testosterone or diet. My age is 52 I'm 6 ft 215 lbs

I appreciate any input.

i really dont know what you want me to say here... you are limited on what you can do.. my assumption is you cannot do cardio with your condition and you are overtraining, which over time, will have an adverse effect on you... so you may not care, so to speak, that you are doing it, but over time, and as you are seeing now, it will actually be a detriment and have a reverse effect on you... your diet dictates how you gain and lose weight as well...
