Question about TRT AND HGH USED TOGETHER

I am 47 very active and exercise daily. I have just learned of TRT in the last year and have been doing my research. I recently did my blood panel and my testosterone was 330 and hgh was 50. All my other numbers were very good. I fill good but I see my abilities in sports going the wrong way over the last 2 years. So in short as you can see I was a candidate for both TRT and HGh. I started last week with the HGh 1.6 daily 5 days a week. I am traveling for the next month so it make sense to just do the HGh cause it was the pin and wait a bit to start the test. My question is should I use the HGh alone for a time if so how long by itself before starting the test to see the results separately. I appreciate any insite and advise and thanks for taking the time to respond.

thats really up to you... thats actually entirely up to you... it makes no difference either way

Brother..if you have researched TRT..then you know the proper way is to see an endocrinologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment....TRT isn't just pinning some testosterone...you need a qualified Dr to monitor you and the balance of all your other hormones.... for at least the first year of treatment

Exactly right and far too many just self prescribe etc... its always best to have it prescribed and administered under a doctors supervision

Thanks for your comments guys. Sorry for not being clear. I am seeing a Doctor at an antiaging clinic. I was prescribed the HGH at 1.6 iu's. I also was prescribed the test cyp which we will start in approx 1 month when I will be able to be under his care to learn the injections etc properly. I would not do this without the care of the physician to check all my hormones and blood work regularly. That is also the reason I am here on this site because Dylan out of all I saw on the internet you seemed to bring it with great and knowledgeable info and straight. So here is the deal. I am 5' 9" 159lbs 12%bf like I said before 47yrs. I am very active with sports tennis, biking and have lifted for years but always to maintain not to get bulked up. I would like to use this time to add some more structured lifting to my program. Lately I would not be able to lift because my tennis or biking was 3 hrs daily and honestly could not lift and recover for that. I would hope the HGH will help with recovery and like to add weights 3 to 4 days a weeks. Please would love to hear suggestions on when to lift ( how many days ) and types of workouts.( full body ) or ( specific areas) thank you in advance for your time and response. Great site and great info from you Dylan and senior members

bro, however you lift and train is completely up to you... i cannot tell you how to lift... its a way too generic question and thats something you need to have someone ONE ON ONE teach you that is working with you... i can give you generic answers but i hate doing that because workouts and training methods are person to person specific... for instance, i lift 5 days a week, hitting each body part twice a week and it works great for me but rick for example does 3-4 days a week in a completely different method with huge results... its all person to person specific...

So I can help you with the hgh question...

As DG said there is no way for us to tell you how to lift, what body part to incorporate with others, how many sets/reps etc... You get the point.

Regarding hgh... If you can stay on growth by all means do it. I have taken large amounts and maintenance amounts and what I can tell you is it is an amazing addition to your lifestyle if it is anything like mine. When you add an aas to the mix you will see a transformation. Not overnight... It is almost like running a marathon with gh not a sprint. The longer you are on the greater the results.

Hope this helps. It still a little vague.

i dont think its vague at all... its a vague type of question and you explained exactly how hgh works.. its a long marathon and its clearly stronger with aas involved but even without it, its a huge benefit in a multitude of ways IF and ONLY IF it is ran proper and with care... i think your explanation is spot on

There are a ton of workout programs out there and a lot of different ways to train. There is no one size fits all answer for anyone. As a general rule of want to stay in the hypertrophy range of 8-12 reps amd use a weight that is heavy enough to complete that with proper form to near failure.
