Question about my 2nd cycle

Hello Dylan! FIrst of all I would like to say thank youf or all your infromations you are giving to us! It really helps me planning my cycles and choosing right components.
My stats are 178cm, 78kg around 12% bodyfat. My first cycle was 10 weeks 500mg/wk testosterone Depo ( enanthate) from company Galenika and first 4 weeks of 20mg/day Dbol.
For my second cycle i'm planning recomposition.
I'm planning 16 weeks cycle. 16 weeks of testosterone (my first thoughts are that i wan't to have Test Depo first 10 weeks (400mg/week or 500mg/week), and last 6 weeks test prop(300mg/week) because last 6 weeks i want to cut bodyft and try to keep my muscle mass as much as possible). I will also add equipose for whole cycle (500mg/wk) and turinabol for first 6 or 8 weeks 20-40mg/week.
Which test do you thing would be the best in my cycle. Have depo whole cycle and even cut on depo(i'm not sure if i can cut on depo) or you would like to choose propionate for whole cycle or just like that i write up (10weeks depo, 6 weeks prop). I will also have AI to keep my estrogen low and PCT after cycle with clomid and nolva.
So main question is:
1.Which test should i pick (one test whole cycle, or have first 10 weeks Depo and last 6 prop)
2. Can you cut with proper diet on Testosterone Depo
 
Test is test man. You can cut on anything. Steroids do not burn fat. I'm getting the feeling you're way over analyzing this and thinking aas is the key to getting lean. If you want to cut, look at your nutrition. There is no point switching esters at the end. Pick one. Test is test. The amount of muscle you keep and how lean you get is up to your training and nutrition, not aas. Whats your age? Whats your plan for ai and pct? Do you have an on cycle support for your oral?

You're also very light for your height. What's your diet look like?
 
bro, you have the biggest broscience misconception possible... test is test.. your not going to "cut" any more on prop than cyp... the only difference is estrogen control which is no issue... are you telling me that you can't cut on a longer ester because ive been on cyp trt for several years and i have no problem cutting with it whatsoever... your DIET dictates everything, not your ester of test... you need to get away from the brosicence and start using real facts or your going to end up hurting yourself...
 
Like MaxxP said.. Test is test. Just run the long Ester the entire cycle. 350 mg of test is more then enough and running TBOL 8 weeks is a bad idea.

MaxxPursuit Ok. I will pick long ester. I'm 21 years old. AI is Arimidex 0.25 eod.. and maybe ed if needed. PCT is clomid 50/50/50/25 and nolva 40/20/20/20. Yes I have liv52 from Himalaya.
EZ_E; I'm 21 years old. My diet is 400g carbs, 200g proteins and fats around 40 on training days. On rest days (2 times per week) 200 carbs, 200 proteins and 40 fats. Carbs are from oats, rice, and sometimes maybe 3/4 times per week from whole grain pasta and potatoes. Proteins from fish, egg whites, chicken, turkey, beef and fats from egg yolks (3 per day) and olive oil.
DylanGemelli; Ok, I'll just pick up longer ester and cut half of carbs in last 6 weeks of cycle, add more cardio, supersets, dropsets.. Yes I have to learn more things :D that's why I'm here :)
9th Wonder; Ok. Why you think that tbol is bad idea? I have liv.52 from Himalaya on hand.
 
21 and planning a 2nd cycle already? Slow down brotha, there's a lot of room to grow naturally.

Your choice of foods seems legit, but you're not maximizing their use. You didn't post your goals but I will pretty much guarantee you can achieve them with nutrition changes.
 
My goals are aesthetics but for now a little bit more mass.. In numbers around 83kg with single digit bodyfat.. and then just maintain muscle mass and naturally cut down fat.. i'll do my second cycle around april after my birthday, but I like to have everything planned haha
 
I'm sorry buddy, but you are way too young for steroid use. You shouldn't be using any steroid at your age. You can make tremendous gains naturally at your age just with the proper diet and training. Messing with your body's Chemistry and developing endocrine system while young can have dire long term consequences.
 
noone with half a brain would ever advise steroid use to someone your age... you are clueless on what you have ahead of you but your going to learn the hard way and its going to be a long, painful lesson... so be prepared to have issues as you get closer to your 30's, likely for the rest of your life... The issue: The problems with individuals that had not yet attained full physio-sexual development, is that that anabolic compounds are acting on locations within the central nervous system that are still under development. That is, that many receptors that are activated by Testosterone are STILL performing developmental functions, and you are stimulating them before they had the chance to fully create a working framework of hormonal balance that would sustain you for the rest of your adult life.

you do whatever you want but noone here is going to advise you to use steroids nor how to use them
 
Hmm ok thanks. I'll think about if I will do second cycle so fast.. Thanks :) Maybe I will try more years natural because I have motivation
 
Ok if I understand sarms could be used alone.. how long is sarm cycle? Which stack and for how long would you recommend to me.. Im looking for some recomposition. Getting muscle while not getting fat and in the end maybe lose some fat
