Puffy nipples

Hey Dylan

Im in some need of advice about puffy nipples. I recently started my first cycle of just Test E at 300mg once a week and i was then advice to double the dose to 300mg to twice per week. My nipples have become tender and slightly puffy and i was wonder what the next best step would be. I was told i wouldnt need an aromatase inhibitor but i do have PCT tamoxifen and Clomid. Unfortunately i havent got the money to buy the inhibitor but i only have about 300ml left. Should i stop straight away? Or should i finish the cycle? Also how should i regulate my pct and how soon after my cycle?

Who told you you don’t need an AI...?! Of course you do... you should be running Aromasin 12.5mg eod... I would stop and do a lot more research

How long have you been running your cycle? If you only just started, you may not need a pct..

Iv been running for about 7 weeks now. I eventually order some aromasin and startes taking it and that reduced the puffyness. Thank you so much for your help bro! Can you suggest any websites for beginner stacks? Or can you recommend something? There is so much out there i have no idea where to start

You ALWAYS run an AI from day one of the cycle. That's a recipe for gyno when you don't.

what are you doing? DO NOT USE STEROIDS IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD IT... you have had the worst fucking advice possible... you should have never raised your test and you need an ai NOW... if not, you best be prepared to start developing gyno and having boobs.. does that sound fun or ideal ? gosh damn this is so frustrating!! you dont have a complete pct either man... you better get what you need OR be prepared to deal with the consequences which are going to NOT BE GOOD

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...
