Yeah very true, all genuine concerns. And if it's fully formed the letro protocols usually just reduce it slightly. I went to see the doc before I made any decisions as well. Nah, I probably worded that wrong. I meant I was never fat so I knew it was real gyno(not just fat kid man boobs). I had the lipo for contouring and the glands excised.
