products over counter for pct

Hi folks, are there any products over the counter you recommend i can take as a PCT instead of clomid and nolva,thanks.

Not really much that can be used for this purpose....also depends on your cycle, but generally I don't see any real alterantives to clomid and nolvadex. Why do you want something else?
