Hi Dylan bro,

I am 5"11 & 155 lbs. I am an ovo vegetarian. I am currently prepping for a mens phisque show. My body fat percentage is around 12% . I am getting flat now but my body holds lot of water especially in abdominal area.
I am on test prop 300mg and winstrol 150 mg injectable since last 8 weeks.

Since last week I have added Tren ace 300 mg , stana 300 mg injectable , prop 300 mg and clen 40 mcg .

But I am not loosing water weight and that last bit of Fat on lower abs. Since I am a ovo vegetarian I rely protein on Egg whites and Whey protein. I have cut down my carbs since a week. My macros are protein : 250 grm carb : 150 grms ( mainly veggies) and Fat : 50 grms.

I have 15 days for my show. Please advice me what should I do to get rid of that last bit of fat and water weight. And please advice any tips for vascularity. My viens are not much visible.

Please help me brother.
 
you need to be busting ass on cardio, sitting in the sauna EVERYDAY the next 15 days, at least 20-30 minutes... sit in long sleeves clothing... take dandelion root... dandelion tea as well.. things that will expel water without putting yourself at risk with diuretics.. dont do something stupid and dangerous... like using clen or using steroids when you are your height and weigh only 155 lbs.. you are gong to end up learning a hard lesson down the road doing things the way you are doing them so i hope your show is paying you A LOT of money and its worth it to you which i HIGHLY doubt is the situation
 
Bro, if you are 155 lbs your calories need to be lower in my opinion to get stage ready. No way will you be in condition with those macros. With what you have listed, that is 2050 calories per day.

For my show 4 years ago I dieted on 1800 to get show ready and I was 25 lbs heavier than you. I would cut your carbs down to 100 right off the bat. Protein at 225g. Tjat will cut 300 calories r right away. Also kill that cardio daily....45 minutes to an hour
 
In my opinion I don’t think you should be 15 days out and be thinking about cutting body fat! I think your prep is off by 3 weeks or so! If it was me I would pick a different show to do

Agreed completely! 12% is a more realistic bodyfat at like 8-10 weeks out.

He will get humbled at this show. No way will he be ready. I'd pick one at least 2 months down the road

I agree Rick!! I try to have my body fat show ready two weeks before the show. Then it’s just minor changes during peak week to drop some water. It’s when people come into peak week out of shape that they try to do some drastic changes during peak week and think that is going to help them.

i agree as well... its not reasonable and its too much to deal with in just 15 days... the timing of this is just off so it would be best, if you want the best chance to actually make some noise there, to wait until a later show and have preparation more dialed in
