Hey Dylan I️ really love your videos. They are great and I️ love your passion! I️ hope I️ don’t being one of the guys on your vids that frustrate you to no end.

I️m on day 21 of my 1st cycle. Test cyp at 500 mgs per week 250/250.
I️m 40 years old and am 6’2 and around 207-211 give or take. No clue on body fat but I️ would guess around 15%? I️ train 5 days a week with Heavy lifting for an hour and about 30 mins of cardio.

Being that I️m 40 does that change the blast and cruise thought process? I️ was told to do 8-10 weeks on and the about 4 weeks at 250. I️m guessing that’s not best now. We won’t be having anymore kids but I️ don’t want to hurt myself or just be a shell of myself one day with no energy to work anymore.

What are you thoughts please? And I️m not asking at all for a source but I️ don’t really have any pct supplies yet. It’s starting to scare me, if you still think I️ will be needing them at my age.

you dont just start blasting and cruising bro... thats the worst thing you could do.. you do that if you need trt due to low testosterone... you should not have started a cycle being clueless on what you are doing... scared of what? scared of pct? scared of recovering properly and keeping gains ? i dont get it.. of course you need to pct UNLESS you have a REAL reason, which would be a low testosterone condition, to be on trt... come on bro, thats the way 20 somethings act out of stupidity... don't be one of "those guys" please..

Don't listen to whoever told you to do that. They are basically telling you to cycle then take only 4 weeks at a dose of 250 whch is too high and too short. Besides that, you should never bloats and cruise at all unless you are taking prescription test for TRT under the care of a doctor.

For health purposes you should always PCT and try to recover as long as possible. When you stop being able to recover then doctor prescribed TRT would be the option. I hate self-prescribed TRT/cruising because few guys are responsible with getting regular blood work to watch prostate/heart health on top of test levels. Everyone is fixated on test levels and keeping gains and they forget about health!
