I am a 37yr old male and tried trt for first time. I have been on TRT 1mil per week for about 46 weeks in a row and I was looking for a healthy way to come off. I have been told numerous things like to not come off to stay on since its a low dose. I feel its better to give my body a rest. I bought clomid and hcg but havent started anything. WOuld you recommend arimidex as well.

you don't "try" trt for 46 weeks man... you dont just run it that long and then come off of it and then lalalallalala you are then fine and dandy... bro, where are you getting your info? you are in for a LONG recovery time if you do that... you made a choice to run trt and you need to stay on it, period... hcg will only make things worse for recovery... you don't know what you are doing and you are going to hurt yourself man

Why were you on TRT in the first place and what ,ales you want to come off? Were you under a doctors care?
