omega3 fish oil dosage while on cycle??

hey guys,

im currently on test tren cycle.

just wondering how much omega3 i should be taking.

im taking 3 caps a day, so thats like 3000mg of omegas.

i also ea5 about 200~300g of fish (mackerel mostly) everyday

i dont take omegas while off cycle.

Omegas are good to take all the time man. But long as your taking a full dose of 1000 or a lil more is fine. I don’t believe there is a real set amount in order to counter act any unwanted sides if that’s why your asking
