omega

hey guys, im currently on test tren cycle. just wondering how much omega3 i should be taking. im taking 3 caps a day, so thats like 3000mg of omegas. i also ea5 about 200~300g of fish (mackerel mostly) everyday i dont take omegas while off cycle. thanks!!
