Hey folks, mid 40's guy here (obviously). Came across this forum doing some research on SARMS and how to go about using them and what not. Right now, stats are at 152 lbs, 5'6". Goal is to reach 160-165 lbs lean/ripped/shredded, what have you. This is the heaviest ive been through all my life. Recently got back into weight training about 2 months ago.
